Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your house will lead to two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair in an try to save money and continue using your old stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or washer or dryer or replace the old appliance with a brand new one.

Appliances come with an average lifetime. If the current home appliance is within the beginning or middle stages of that lifetime, we would recommend scheduling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the final part of its expected lifetime, we would recommend to replace it with a new one if you can.

These are the estimated lifetimes of all types of appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Yes. Our appliance repair service includes a warranty on all replacement parts and our labor. We also use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and many other common appliance brands so we can maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime after our service if issues return with your household appliance.

Q. DO YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT?

A. We will. We stock all of our vans with over 90% of the most common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and all of the necessary tools to complete our repair service. If we need to return at a later date to wrap up a repair, there will be no extra service charge. We estimate we complete over 95% of appliance repair appointments on the first trip.

Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour window for the repairman to be at your residence. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive during the earlier part of our scheduled timeframe. However, if an earlier appointment or repair takes much longer than thought it would, this allows the repairman time to be able to arrive on time within the service window. Our repairmen always call 15-20 minutes prior to their arrival for notice.
